The 100-Day OnBoarding program is designed to help both, our clients to retain top talents to the business and the candidates to become a successful addition in their new work environment.

COMPASS offers to assist in integrating the new employee through this customized program by providing four face-to-face one-hour workshops on Day 10, 30, 60 and 100. Clear targets are set and milestones monitored to guarantee a smooth transition into the new company.
